Houston Worker Blames Former Employer DuPont for Deadly Mesothelioma Diagnosis

Mr. Houston Wendell and his wife Patricia Wendell have filed an asbestos lawsuit against 38 companies in Houston, Texas.  They live in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Mr. Wendell used to work for DuPont in Belle, West Virginia from 1941 to 1980.  During the course of his employment, he came into contact with asbestos fibers causing him to develop Mesothelioma.

Mr. Wendell claims that he was unaware that he was being exposed to asbestos fibres, which caused him to get the incurable and untreatable mesothelioma.

Since he was inhaling products containing asbestos, he is also suffering from pneumoconiosis, other severe and disabling diseases of the body, shock and other attendant nervous or emotional disorders caused by the inhalation of products containing asbestos.
