After years of working as a mechanic, Edward March has filed a Mesothelioma lawsuit against 66 defenant companies. March claims that during his employment as a mechanic and during at-home auto repairs, he was exposed to dangerous asbestos fibers that have caused his health problems.
March’s lawsuit argues that the companies were aware of the danger of asbestos and did nothing to warn or prevent his injuries. March was diagnosed with mesothelioma on March 18th.
He seeks damages for medical bills, loss of potential earnings, loss of wages, pain and suffering, and mental anguish at the sum of $200,000.
