A Louisiana Court has found Exxon Mobil guilty of endangering their employees by knowingly allowing them to be exposed to asbestos. Rosia Green, the representative of George Greer’s estate, has filed an asbestos suit against Chevron USA and 12 other companies stating that Greer’s death was wrongfully caused.
