Couple in Texas names 100 defendants in Asbestos lawsuit

A couple in Texas names  100 defendants in his asbestos lawsuit for allegedly exposing him to it over his 30 year career.

 One of the plaintiffs in the case was a truck driver and was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2007. Medical records show that the plaintiff as exposed to asbestos during his 30 year career. BP and Chevron are two of the defendants in the case.

The plaintiff visited facilities with asbestos in their insulation. This exposure led to his mesothelioma diagnosis. The couple is suing for an unspecified amount of damages.
