Man indicted for not properly disposing asbestos

A Denver man has been indicted after allegations of improper disposal of asbestos material.

After the asbestos removal from his company on three different sites, he put it into storage instead of properly disposing it. He was indicted in nine counts after the accusation. He was also charged with failure to label the asbestos material properly. If convicted, the man could see up to fiver years in prison. Exposure to asbestos is the primary cause of the rare cancer, mesothelioma.
