Two people have filed seperate asbestos-related suits against a total of 150 companies.

One of the people named 125 companies in his lawsuit and the other person name 67 companies in their suit. Both of the men are claiming that they were exposed to asbestos at work during the course of their careers. One man was diagnosed with mesothelioma in December 2009 and the other was diagnosed with lung cancer in July 2009. Both lawsuits are claming negligence, contaminated buildings, conspiracy and intentional tort.
