Couple Sues 49 companies in Mesothelioma suit

On March 3, an Orange County couple sued 49 companies claiming wrong-doing and negligence regarding the husband's health.

The couple is claiming that the in the husband's career as a refinery worker, the defendants in this case put his health at risk. The man was allegedly exposed to asbestos during his 20 year career. The man was diagnosed with mesothelioma in December 2009 and has medical evidence that exposure to asbestos was the cause for the development of his mesothelioma. Viacomm and Ford Motor Company are two of the companies that are being
sued and the couple is claiming that these companies, along with the others, failed to warn their employees of the dangers of being exposed to asbestos.
