A Texas woman files suit against eight companies claiming they are responsible lung cancer, which was linked to asbestos exposure.
The woman's husband workerd at Union Oil Company of Colifornia. She alleges that her husband was exposed to asbestos while on the job. The woman's husband was diagnosed with cancer in Aprill 2008, and died later that month on April 28.
