Widow Files Mesothelioma Suit

by Administrator 28. December 2009 13:57

The widow of a man who died of mesothelioma is suing Chevron USA for allegedly exposing him to these toxic matierals.

She filed suit against his employer claiming that the company acted with malice and gross negligent in exposing her husband to asbestos. She is claiming that his exposure to asbestos while being employed with Gulf Oil, led him to developing the asbestos- related disease of mesothelioma which he died of in Feb. 2009.

Asbestos use has been strictly regulated since the 1980s, but it is still present in building and structures. Anyone who has been involved in the demolition or renovation of a building since 1980 should become aware of the symptoms of mesothelioma.

If you or someone you love has experienced health problems because of esposure to asbestos, contact the mesothelioma lawyers of Willaims Kherkher by calling 800-781-3955.
